Pizza & Gelato Workshop

Description

We will meet at Via Volturno at the specified time and walk to the location for the Italian pizza and gelato workshop. An experienced pizzaiolo will guide us in preparing the perfect pizza. The process includes stretching the dough and creating the base for our toppings.

Once prepared, we will put the pizza in the oven and observe as it transforms into an authentic delicacy. The next recipe focuses on a delicious Italian gelato, prepared solely by the chef.

The moment of tasting will follow, where we will enjoy the pizza and gelato we made, accompanied by wine or soft drinks. Additionally, participants will receive a digital book of traditional recipes to take home.

After dinner, we will distribute certificates of participation, concluding the Italian pizza and gelato workshop in Palermo. Arrivederci!
