We'll meet at Via Volturno at the indicated time and walk to where we'll do the Italian pizza and gelato workshop.

An experienced pizzaiolo will guide us through the preparation of the perfect pizza. We'll start by stretching the dough and creating the ideal base for the toppings.

Once the ingredients are ready, it's time to put the pizza in the oven. We'll see how our creation gradually rises until it becomes an authentic delicacy. Don't forget to leave room for dessert! The next recipe we'll learn will be a delicious Italian gelato, although this time only the chef will be cooking.

Finally, we'll taste the pizza and ice cream we made, accompanied by wine or soft drinks. You can take home a digital book of traditional recipes to surprise your family and friends with your new culinary skills.

After dinner, we'll hand out the certificate of participation, and end the Italian pizza and gelato workshop in Palermo. Arrivederci!
