Genova Caves Ticket
The Genova district, located in the westernmost area of Palma de Mallorca, hosts a group of prehistoric caves featuring numerous stalactites and stalagmites. These caves were discovered in 1906, and ongoing geological research has revealed various underground galleries. Historically, they served as a refuge for our hominid ancestors.
Reopened to the public in 2017, the caves now showcase various domes, columns, and stone tunnels formed by water. During the visit, you'll explore these areas, which are illuminated to highlight the contrast with the rock tones.
The visit will last between 30 and 45 minutes, depending on the size of the group.
Timetable
The caves are open from Monday to Sunday, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
