Tour Details

After meeting at the designated time on Monte Rey Street, you'll receive your quad to explore the towns of Lake Atitlán. The tour includes driving through Panajachel to the main square of the Mayan town of Santa Catarina Palopó. The first stop will be in Café Tuk, where you will participate in a workshop to learn how to grind coffee beans.

Following the workshop, you will ride along the coast of Lake Atitlán to San Antonio Palopó, where the quads will be parked near the lake's main pier for a visit to a nearby ceramics factory.

Next, the tour will proceed to a traditional chocolate factory to learn about Guatemalan cacao, witnessing the process of dark chocolate production and participating in a chocolate tasting.

After the 4-hour experience, the journey back on quads will commence, concluding at the starting point.

Activity Requirements

You must be 18 or older and have a driver's license to drive the quads. Children aged 13 to 17 may only ride as passengers.
