Day Trip to El Valle de Antón
After picking you up from your hotel in Ciudad de Panamá or Playa Bonita, we'll set out on a two-hour journey to El Valle de Antón.
El Valle de Antón is located in the crater of a huge extinct volcano at an altitude of 1969 feet (600 m). This altitude contributes to a unique ecosystem in Panama.
We'll explore the volcano's crater, enjoy scenic views, and visit the El Níspero Zoo to learn about local biodiversity. Additionally, we'll investigate the local plant species in the botanical garden.
A visit to the market in El Valle de Antón is included before we conclude with a delicious lunch in a local restaurant, featuring a starter, main dish, a drink, and dessert, offering a chance to try some Panamanian specialties.
At around 1 pm, we will begin our return journey to your hotel, arriving at approximately 3 pm.
