Options

You can choose between two different options when booking. Both start at the Go Panama Bike Tours Office and include an English-speaking guide and electric bike and helmet rental.

Old Town Tour (2.5 hours)

This classic tour lasts 2.5 hours and includes visits to iconic sites in the old town of Panama City. Discover the colonial origins while passing main squares, churches, and artisan markets in the historic center.

Sites include the Las Bóvedas Monumental Complex, the National Theatre, Plaza de Simón Bolívar Square, and San Francisco de Asís Church. You'll also see the Palacio de Las Garzas, Santo Domingo Convent, and the Panama Canal Museum. The tour ends with a visit to the coastal strip and a stop at the fish market.

Timetable: Starts at 9:30 am and 3:30 pm.

Old Town, Coastal Strip, and Calzada de Amador tour (3.5 hours)

This option includes a visit to the coastal trail and the bridge over the Pacific Ocean. It also features the Calzada de Amador, a coastal road connecting the islands of Naos, Perico, and Flamenco, with views of Panama City and the Canal entrance.

After 3.5 hours, you'll return to the starting point.
