Waterfall Jumping in Micos

Experience waterfall jumping in the Micos River, featuring a set of 7 waterfalls. Participants will plunge from waterfalls 30 centimetres to 20 metres (65) tall. The tour continues at the La Bruja suspension bridges for a balance challenge over the jungle.

Waterfall Jumping in Micos + Ziplining

This option includes jumping from the waterfalls of the Micos River, crossing the suspension bridges of La Bruja, and gliding down a zip line 80 metres (262 feet) above sea level.

Rafting on the Tampaón River

This rafting activity on the Tampaón River covers class III rapids, navigating through a canyon surrounded by white rocks and dense vegetation. The route includes passing by the Puente de Dios, a turquoise blue pool enclosed by waterfalls and caverns.

Abseiling in Minas Viejas + Waterfall Jumping in Micos

This activity features abseiling 50 metres (164 feet) down the Minas Viejas waterfalls among tropical jungle surroundings. Conclude the tour with a swim and further excitement at the 7 waterfalls of the Micos River.
