Below are the details of each activity:

Waterfall Jumping in Micos

This activity involves waterfall jumping in the Micos River, featuring a set of 7 waterfalls ranging from 30 centimeters to 20 meters (65 feet) tall. Participants will also visit the La Bruja suspension bridges.

Waterfall Jumping in Micos + Ziplining

This option includes jumping from the waterfalls of the Micos River, traversing the suspension bridges, and experiencing a challenging zip line at 80 meters (262 feet) above sea level.

Rafting on the Tampaón River

This rafting activity on the Tampaón River features class III rapids through a canyon of white rocks and dense vegetation. Participants will also see the Puente de Dios, a turquoise blue pool surrounded by waterfalls and caverns.

Abseiling in Minas Viejas + Waterfall Jumping in Micos

This activity includes abseiling 50 meters (164 feet) down the Minas Viejas waterfalls, with an option for a swim at the end. Participants will then proceed to the 7 waterfalls of the Micos River for an aquatic adventure.
