Waterfall Jumping in Micos

This activity includes waterfall jumping in the Micos River, featuring a set of 7 waterfalls from heights of 30 centimetres to 20 metres (65 feet). Participants will also navigate the La Bruja suspension bridges.

Waterfall Jumping in Micos + Ziplining

This option features waterfall jumps from the Micos River, a walk along the La Bruja suspension bridges, and a challenging zip line located 80 metres (262 feet) above sea level.

Rafting on the Tampaón River

This rafting activity on the Tampaón River includes navigating class III rapids through a canyon of white rocks and dense vegetation, passing by the Puente de Dios, a turquoise blue pool surrounded by waterfalls.

Abseiling in Minas Viejas + Waterfall Jumping in Micos

This activity includes abseiling 50 metres (164 feet) down the Minas Viejas waterfalls and a chance to swim at the end, followed by waterfall jumping at the 7 waterfalls of the Micos River.
