At the designated time, we will meet at Pochote Beach and board a boat to search for cetaceans in their natural habitat.

Costa Rica's coastline hosts various species of marine mammals, making it a prime location for whale and dolphin watching. During the tour, we will navigate to the best areas off the coast of Pochote to spot these animals.

While on board, we will share interesting information about the cetaceans observed. For instance, whales often migrate to the Pacific waters of Central America to avoid the colder temperatures of the northwestern United States, and warmer waters help whale calves grow more rapidly.

An additional highlight of the whale watching tour in Pochote is the chance to see the friendly dolphins that swim alongside the boat. Remain vigilant!

After this experience, we will return to the starting point, concluding the tour after five and a half hours.
