Speed through the South Paracas Desert aboard a powerful buggy on our tour. You'll also have the chance to go sandboarding in one of South America's most beautiful desert landscapes.

South Paracas Desert Buggy Tour

We will pick you up from your hotel at the scheduled time and set off for Pozo Sur in the south of the Paracas Desert.

Before boarding the buggies, we will discuss safety regulations regarding these powerful 4x4 vehicles that will navigate the varied dunes. During the buggy ride, we will explore why Paracas means "sand rain" in Quechua.

As we traverse the sand dunes, we will experience gentle, moderate, and extreme riding. Stops will be made along the way for you to take in the scenery and capture photos.

We will head to the tallest dunes for sandboarding, a popular adventure sport in the area. Instructions will be provided for beginners, allowing you to practice sitting or lying down on the board. For the more adventurous, there will be an opportunity to ride down massive dunes towering over 160 feet (50 meters).

After this unique adrenaline rush, we will return to your hotel in Paracas.
