Bike excursion for beginners
After departing to Vida na Terra farm for breakfast, we will bike through the Cerrado, following the Lava Pés route. Highlights include the Juscelino Kubitschek Bridge, Three Powers Square, the Cathedral, National Museum, and the esplanade of the Ministries. The route connects the Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil to the Golf Club, passing under the JK bridge and near Paranoá Lake.
Next, we will stop at Pontão do Lago Sul for lunch before visiting the Ermida Dom Bosco, designed by Oscar Niemeyer. The total cycling distance is 40 kilometres.
Cycling excursion for experts
After breakfast, we will bike to the São Bartolomeu River and travel the Bee Trail with two descent options. After a rest, we will ascend to Fazenda Taboquinha and enjoy a view of the Leste plateau during a 2-kilometre walk.
We will then cycle towards Trilha Bundinha, crossing streams and having the option to swim. The total distance covered will be 28 kilometres, concluding at Vida na Terra with a traditional lunch, finishing around 2:30 pm.
Pickup
Hotel pickup and drop-off in Brasilia is included. For those staying elsewhere, proceed directly to the meeting point at Condomínio Privê Morada Sul.
