Apart from its charming historic center, Paraty is also home to breathtaking underwater wonders. We'll take you to discover its rich marine life on this beginner-level scuba diving experience on the Brazilian coast.

Beginner Scuba Dive in Paraty

On the day of the activity, we'll meet at the scheduled time at the dock of the Marina do Engenho and board a boat to the tranquil diving spot along the coast of Paraty.

Before diving, the instructor will explain the technical aspects necessary for safe participation. We'll learn how to use the equipment, breathe underwater, and communicate through hand signals. Then, it will be time to dive into the Atlantic!

This diving experience will last between 30 and 45 minutes, and we will swim to a depth of between 4 and 8 meters (13-26 feet). Participants will see marine plants and wildlife in these calm waters.

After returning to the surface, we'll relax on the boat and share a snack and drink to replenish our strength after the adventure.

Finally, we'll sail back to the departure dock, arriving at around 2 pm.
