Paraty Beaches & Mangroves Kayaking Tour

On this kayak tour, we'll paddle through the calm waters of Paraty Bay, visiting its beaches and mangroves, with stops at Itú and Malvão islands and Praia do Rosa.

When you make your reservation, you can choose between 2 options. Both include equipment for the activity and an English-speaking guide. Below are the details of each itinerary:

Beach tour (2.5 hours)

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Praia do Pontal, and from there, we'll start our kayak tour along the coast of Paraty.

We'll begin with an explanation of the basic safety rules and kayak handling. Then, we'll head into the waters of Paraty Bay.

Paraty Bay has more than 65 islands. During the crossing, we'll pass some of the beaches of Ilha da Bexiga, Duas Irmãs, or dos Pombos. You will have free time on one of the beaches to refresh yourself with a swim before continuing!

We'll paddle along the shores for breathtaking views of Paraty Bay before returning to the starting point in 2.5 hours.

Mangrove tour (3.5 hours)

For a more adventurous route, the Paraty mangrove tour by kayak is available. After a brief safety talk, we'll begin paddling through a unique landscape.

The trip will take us to the mangroves of Jabaquara, then to the mangroves of Ilha do Itú and Várzea do Corumbê. We'll pass by remote beaches, islands, and significant natural reserves.

After 3.5 hours of exploring, we'll return to the meeting point.
