Praia do Sono Hiking Tour

We'll meet at 7:30 am on Roberto Silveira Avenue in Paraty and drive to Laranjeiras, located 28 kilometers (17 miles) away. Upon arrival, we will begin our hike to Praia do Sono, which takes about an hour and a half.

The hike will traverse the Atlantic Forest, passing through the Environmental Protection Area (APA) of Cairuçu, home to indigenous tribes such as caiçaras and quilombolas. There will be an opportunity to swim in a stream before continuing the hike.

Upon reaching Praia do Sono, guests will have free time to enjoy local caiçara cuisine at nearby restaurants and relax on the beach. For those interested in more adventure, an additional 40-minute hike leads to the deserted beach of Antigos, offering stunning views.

After the hike, we will return to Laranjeiras where the bus will transport us back to Paraty, arriving at approximately 2:30 pm.
