Praia do Sono Hiking Tour

We'll meet at 7:30 am on Roberto Silveira Avenue in Paraty and drive to Laranjeiras, located 28 kilometers (17 miles) away. Upon arrival, we will begin our hike to Praia do Sono, which takes about an hour and a half.

During the hike, we will traverse the Atlantic Forest and pass through the Environmental Protection Area of Cairuçu, home to indigenous tribes like caiçaras and quilombolas. There will be an opportunity to swim in local streams before continuing.

Upon reaching Praia do Sono, you will have free time to enjoy caiçara cuisine at nearby restaurants and relax on the beach or swim in the waters. If desired, you can hike for an additional 40 minutes to the deserted beach of Antigos for a spectacular view.

After the day, we will walk back to Laranjeiras, where our bus will take us back to Paraty, arriving at 2:30 pm.
