On this hiking tour at Sugarloaf Mountain, we'll view the Saco do Mamanguá Gorge and relax on Cruzeiro beach.

Sugarloaf Mountain Hiking Tour

In the morning, we will gather at Roberto Silveira Avenue in Paraty to begin our hiking tour at Sugarloaf Mountain, adjacent to the scenic Saco do Mamanguá Gorge.

We will start by boarding a boat that will take us to Cruzeiro beach in approximately 40 minutes. Upon arrival, we will embark on our hike to the mountain peak, enjoying the rich biodiversity of the Atlantic Forest.

The hike will take around one hour along steep trails, and we guarantee that reaching the peak will be rewarding. At the summit, you will have half an hour of free time to relax, capture photos, and take in the views of the Saco do Mamanguá Gorge.

We will then descend via the same route. After reaching the bottom, you will have time for lunch and a refreshing swim in the warm waters of Cruzeiro beach.

Finally, we will return to Paraty, completing the tour at the departure point by around 2 pm.
