Sugarloaf Mountain Hiking Tour

On this hiking tour at Sugarloaf Mountain, participants will experience views of the Saco do Mamanguá Gorge. The adventure begins on the morning of the tour at Roberto Silveira Avenue in Paraty, where attendees will board a boat to Cruzeiro beach, a journey of approximately 40 minutes.

Upon arrival at Cruzeiro beach, the hiking to the mountain peak will commence, allowing exploration of the Atlantic Forest. The hike will cover steep trails and take about one hour. At the peak, there will be half an hour for rest, photography, and enjoying views of the Saco do Mamanguá Gorge from the viewpoint.

Following the ascent, participants will descent via the same path. After reaching the base, there will be time allocated for lunch and a swim in the warm waters of Cruzeiro beach.

The tour will conclude with the return to Paraty, arriving back at the original departure point around 2 pm.
