2-Day Trip to Mont Saint Michel & the Loire Valley Castles

Day 1: Paris - Mont Saint Michel - Angers

Depart from la rue Jean Rey in central Paris at 7:15 am on a luxury air-conditioned coach, arriving at Mont Saint Michel around 11:15 am. You'll admire the bay in front of the fortress before taking a shuttle to the foot of Mont Saint Michel. Explore the medieval streets and remain city walls, and visit the Gothic-styled Benedictine Abbey. After the visit, you will have free time before departing Mont Saint Michel at approximately 4:30 pm to head to Angers for the night.

Day 2: Angers - Langeais - Amboise - Chenonceau - Paris

After breakfast, travel from Angers to the Château de Langeais for a guided tour. Next, visit the Château de Chenonceau, where you will have free time for lunch before the guided tour. This château is known as the Château des Dames and showcases French history. Finally, visit the Château de Chambord to see the "double helix" staircase designed by Leonardo da Vinci. The coach will depart for Paris, arriving at 9 pm.

Accommodation

The tour includes a one-night stay with breakfast at the Mercure Angers Centre Gare or similar.
