An assistant will escort visitors to the second floor to enhance the experience, which includes a mobile audio guide with information about the monument.

The second-floor observation deck offers views of landmarks like the Champ de Mars, Trocadéro, and Montmartre with Sacré-Coeur Basilica.

Seine Cruise

Following your Eiffel Tower visit, proceed to the pier in front of the tower for a one-hour scenic cruise on the Seine River. An English audio guide will be provided, featuring commentary on various waterfront buildings, including the Statue of Liberty, Grand Palais, Louvre Museum, and Notre-Dame Cathedral.

The cruise departs hourly from 10 am to 9 pm, though times may change.

Where do you pick up the tickets?

Meet outside the Eiffel Tower at your scheduled time. An English-speaking aide will escort you to one of the entrance pillars and provide tickets for second-floor access.
