Tour Details
We'll meet outside the Anvers metro station. Before climbing to the Sacré-Coeur Basilica, children can play at the Carrousel de Montmartre. After the ride, we’ll visit the nearby Saint-Pierre Carrousel, included in the tour. We can walk up Montmartre hill or take the funicular (ticket not included).
Our guide will share light-hearted stories about Montmartre's history. At the top, we’ll explore the Sacré-Coeur Basilica and learn about its Romanesque and Byzantine-inspired architecture. Next, we’ll visit the Place du Tertre to admire local artists' paintings.
On our way back down, we’ll see Montmartre's vineyards and historic cabarets like Lapin Agile and Moulin de la Galette. We’ll stop at a local park for the kids to use the playground while adults take a 5-minute break. We’ll also pass by former homes of Picasso and Van Gogh, sharing their stories. In the Abbesses district, we’ll view the “Wall of Love”.
The tour ends at the Place des Abbesses after a ride on the Carrousel des Abbesses and concludes at the foot of the hill, in front of the Moulin Rouge. Au revoir!
