Day Trip to Versailles from Paris

We will depart from near the Eiffel Tower at your chosen time, arriving in Versailles by bus approximately 45 minutes later. This city served as the de facto capital of France in the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries.

Upon arrival, enjoy a guided tour of the Palace of Versailles with skip-the-line access. Tour key areas including the Grand Apartments of the King and Queen and the Hall of Mirrors, where the Treaty of Versailles was signed in 1919.

After the 1.5-hour guided tour, you'll have free time to explore the gardens of Versailles, spanning over 800 hectares (1,976 acres), featuring diverse flora, statues, and ponds. Note that the fountains operate on select days.

We will return to the meeting point in Paris, with arrival between 4 and 7 hours after departure, depending on your chosen option during booking.

Duration of the Tour

The guided tour of the Palace of Versailles will last 1.5 hours.During morning departures, you will have extended free time to visit the gardens.With the 7-hour tour option, you can also enjoy a free tour of the small and large Trianon palaces.

Skip-The-Line Entrance

Access will be through the entrance reserved for groups, allowing you to bypass ticket office lines, though waiting at the security checkpoint is required.
