From there, a brief walk will take you to the Invalides RER station, where you will board a train bound for Versailles. Upon arrival at the Palace of Versailles, your guide will lead you through an exploration of the palace’s stunning façade and the intriguing history behind this expansive architectural masterpiece, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Train Tickets



It is important to note that train tickets are not included in this tour. Metro tickets will not suffice. To participate, please ensure you arrive at the meeting point with your RER C tickets, which should be purchased in advance (you can inquire at ticket offices or use the machines to secure tickets to Versailles Château Rive Gauche) or have a Navigo card that covers zones 1 to 5.

Return on Your Own



The return trip from the Palace of Versailles to Paris will be at your own discretion. The last train departs at midnight; however, it is advisable to verify the exact timetable on the day of your visit.

Opening Times

The Palace of Versailles welcomes guests from Tuesday to Sunday, with hours from 9 am to 5:30 pm.The gardens are open daily, operating from 8 am to 6 pm.

Admission on Sundays



During the months of November to March, the Palace of Versailles offers free admission on the first Sunday of the month.
