Cerro Colorado Wine Tour
On the day of the activity, we'll meet up at Amado Nevero 102 for an immersive tour of Mexico's famous wine region, known as the first winery in the Americas.
During our Cerro Colorado Wine tour, we'll explore desert plants essential to the wine-making process, such as sangre de drago, lechuguillas, guayule, and alicoches, which contribute to the unique flavor profile of the region.
The tour includes a wine-tasting experience featuring wines cultivated with distinct desert aromas.
To conclude our tour, we will taste 3 wines from iconic wineries in the Parras Valley: Casa Madero, Rivero Gonzalez, and Camino Corazón. These will be paired with a local dish called discada norteña, made of beef, pork, and vegetables.
After an enriching and satisfying 6 hours, we will return you to the starting point.
