Cerro Colorado Wine Tour
On the day of the activity, we'll meet up at Amado Nevero 102 for a tour of Mexico's famous wine region, known for being the first winery in the Americas.
During the Cerro Colorado Wine tour, we'll learn about desert plants essential to the wine-making process, including sangre de drago, lechuguillas, guayule, and alicoches, contributing to the region's flavor profile.
Following the educational portion, the wine-tasting experience will showcase wines cultivated with unique desert aromas.
To conclude the tour, we'll taste 3 wines from prominent wineries in the Parras Valley: Casa Madero, Rivero Gonzalez, and Camino Corazón, paired with discada norteña, a local dish made of beef, pork, and vegetables.
After 6 hours, we will return you to the starting point.
