Kyzylkum Desert 2-Day Tour

Day 1: Samarkand - Nurota - Kyzylkum

Pick-up from your hotel in Samarkand and a four-hour minibus journey to the Kyzylkum desert, known for its red sand. First stop at Nurota, visiting the Chashma complex and several historical sites including the Juma Mosque and Panjvaqta Mosque. A traditional lunch will be provided in Nurota.

Arrive at the Kyzylkym desert yurt camp for the night. Enjoy the afternoon free for swimming in Aidar Lake. Evening includes a traditional dinner, a folk show, and insights into desert life.

Day 2: Kyzylkum - Bukhara - Samarkand

Wake up in the desert and have breakfast at the yurt camp. Return to Samarkand with a stop in Bukhara for lunch on your own. Your reservation allows you to choose whether to conclude the tour in Bukhara or Samarkand. If you return to Samarkand, arrival at your hotel is scheduled for 5 pm.

Accommodation

The tour includes 1 night's accommodation in a desert yurt camp with spacious tents for 4 people, offering a close-to-nature experience akin to a true Central Asian nomad.
