Ice Climbing in Korouoma Canyon

We will pick you up at your hotel in Pyhä at the scheduled time before heading to the Posio Nature Reserve, known for its ice falls.

After a two-and-a-half-hour journey, we will stop in the Korouoma valley to see ancient rock fractures. We will walk through the snow to the base of the canyon, where the guide will give a brief presentation and you will put on your equipment.

Strapped to the harness, we will ascend the Korouoma Canyon, scaling the frozen formations. Finally, we will reach the top, where you will enjoy views of the white landscapes of Lapland. You will then have a barbeque to regain your strength for the return journey.

Afterward, we will hike back to the entrance of the reserve and drive back to Pyhä. We will accompany you to your hotel, concluding the activity approximately 11 hours later.
