On the via ferrata of La Hermida, we will enjoy an adventure in the Cantabrian countryside, ideal for both adrenaline and fun.

Via Ferrata in La Hermida

At your chosen time, we will meet at the heavy vehicle parking of La Hermida. From there, you will follow the guide in your own vehicle to the via ferrata of La Hermida.

Upon arrival, we will equip ourselves and walk to the start of the via ferrata, which is located in the Cantabrian Sea and divided into three sections of varying difficulty. We will ascend the steel cable until we reach the climbing section, where the mountain views will be impressive.

The climbing sections will alternate with stair climbs and steep hiking routes through the Hermida gorge. This route includes caves and flat areas for resting while enjoying the beauty of the ancient path in the Peña Agero.

In the final stretch, we will cross hanging bridges, both Tibetan and wooden, before starting our descent. We will complete a vertical traverse until we reach the end of the via ferrata.

This experience concludes with our return to the starting point after four hours.
