Berlenga Grande Ferry
We'll meet at the Marina de Peniche to take the ferry to Berlenga Grande, the largest island of the archipelago and the only one suitable for visits. This adventure entails a ferry ride across the Atlantic to the archipelago of the Berlengas Islands. The journey lasts about 45 minutes, during which views of arches, grottoes, rocks, and islets will be accessible.
The islands are a protected area and designated as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. Once we arrive, you'll have around three hours of free time to explore Berlenga Grande. During this period, you can discover the native flora and fauna and learn about the island's history, including various shipwrecks that occurred on its shores.
After approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes, we will return to the Peniche Marina.
