We'll meet at the Marina de Peniche to take the ferry to Berlenga Grande, the largest and only accessible island of the archipelago. The ferry journey will last approximately 45 minutes, offering views of arches, grottoes, rocks, and islets.
The islands are a protected area and designated as a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. Upon arrival, you will have about three hours of free time to explore Berlenga Grande and discover various native animals and plants. The island is also known for historical shipwrecks along its shores.
