This surf lesson in Peniche will start at the time of your choice on Praia Baleal beach and last for two to five hours, depending on your booking.

Peniche is known for its Atlantic waves, ideal for surfing. Participants will receive basic guidelines from our instructor on the beach before entering the water in search of the best waves.

The lesson is tailored to the previous experience and ability of each group member, ensuring that everyone can have a go at surfing. It's common to fall a few times while learning, but with practice, you'll be riding the waves confidently.

At the end of the activity, participants will return the surfing equipment to Praia Baleal.
