Snorkeling in Berlenga Grande

At 8:30 am, we'll meet up at Casal Ponte de Peniche to provide you with snorkeling equipment. After this, we will proceed to the port to board the speedboat heading to the water.

Following a 45-minute journey, we will arrive at Berlenga Grande, an island with a unique ecosystem. We will don our equipment for the first dive of the day, spending 30 minutes swimming among natural arches and caves while exploring the Atlantic marine biodiversity. There may be opportunities to spot a sunfish or colorful fish schools.

At around 12 pm, we will enjoy a traditional cream cake, fresh fruit, and water aboard the boat. After this break, we will set sail again to a different spot for more snorkeling.

Equipped with goggles and fins, we will snorkel for 40 minutes around Fort San Juan Bautista, searching for octopus, cod, and small corals. Finally, we will return to the port of Peniche.

The snorkeling activity will conclude back at the meeting point between 2:30 and 3 pm.
