Sail past the extensive rice fields of the Delta del Ebro with this excursion that includes a boat ride with idyllic views!

Delta del Ebro Day Trip & Boat Ride

At 3:30 pm we'll meet at the Peñíscola Tourist Office, next to the beach. We will travel for one hour to the Delta del Ebro, where will explore the area by boat.

Upon arrival, we will embark for a 50-minute journey around Buda Island. During the tour, we will discuss the geographical characteristics of the reserve, including the crustacean-rich wetlands that contribute to local cuisine. We will also learn about the island's history and the origin of its name.

Our sailing will continue through rice fields, providing insights into traditional farming methods. Participants can expect to see a variety of birds, including flamingos, jars, and seagulls.

After the boat ride, a brief visit to the Ecomuseum will enhance understanding of conservation efforts in the Delta del Ebro.

Finally, we will return to Peñíscola, arriving at approximately 7:30 pm.
