Day Trip Details
At 9 am, we'll meet at the Peniscola Tourist Office and board a minibus to Morella. This village is recognized as one of the most beautiful in Spain.
We will start exploring by visiting the gate of San Miguel and proceeding to the historic center of Morella, which features stately homes, ancient buildings, and cobbled streets.
We will visit an artisanal honey shop to learn about the production process, as honey is one of Morella's acclaimed products.
Next, we will enter the Basilica of Morella to appreciate its Valencian Gothic architecture from the 13th and 14th centuries.
The final stop will be Morella Castle. We will discuss its history while observing it from the outside, followed by 1 hour of free time for you to explore the castle or enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.
We will return to Peniscola by minibus, with arrival scheduled for 6:30 pm.
