On this tour to the Finca Recuca you'll discover how coffee is produced. The experience includes walking through the plantations, participating in the harvest, and engaging in the "coffee rite".

Pick-up will be at your hotel in Pereira at the selected time to begin the Coffee Culture Tour at Finca Recuca.

Upon entering the farm, you will become an authentic muleteer and "chapolera", dressed in traditional attire. A half-hour walk along the Coffee Trail will allow you to admire the landscape and learn about coffee cultivation. You will have the opportunity to participate in a simulation of coffee picking, including a simulation of payment using a note from the picker's bank.

The tour continues with the post-harvest process. After picking, you will proceed to the 'grandparents' mill' and the 'organic mill' to observe how the grain is processed.

Discover Recuca's unique "coffee rite", learning how to prepare and drink this local specialty. The experience concludes with a cup of authentic Recuca Exportación coffee.

The excursion lasts four to five hours, after which you will return to your hotel in Pereira.
