On this tour to the Finca Recuca, you will learn how coffee is made. The experience includes walking through the plantations, participating in the harvest, and practicing the "coffee rite".

Pickup will be provided at your hotel in Pereira at the selected time for the Coffee Culture Tour at Finca Recuca.

Upon arrival at the farm, participants will engage in activities dressed as muleteers and "chapoleras". The tour begins with a half-hour walk along the Coffee Trail, where you will learn about coffee cultivation amidst the plantations.

You will also simulate the role of coffee growers by participating in coffee picking, including a simulation of purchasing your product with a note from the picker's bank.

The tour will cover the post-harvest process at the 'grandparents' mill' and the 'organic mill', witnessing how the grain is processed.

Discover Recuca's "coffee rite", learning how to prepare and drink it, and enjoy a cup of authentic Recuca Exportación coffee.

After a four to five hour excursion, the experience concludes with a return to your hotel in Pereira.
