On our private tour of Pereira, you will visit the main sights and learn about the culture of this city in the heart of the Colombian Coffee Triangle, accompanied by an English-speaking guide.

Private Tour of Pereira

Your tour begins with a pickup from your hotel at your chosen time. Pereira is located 155 miles (250 kilometres) from Bogotá and in the center of the Coffee Triangle. You will visit iconic places of historical and cultural value, including Avenida Circunvalar, known as the 'pink zone', full of shops, bars, hotels, and restaurants.

Next, we will head to Plaza de Bolívar, Pereira's main shopping area, where you can admire the Bolívar Desnudo monument. Nearby is the Cathedral of Our Lady of Poverty, a neoclassical building that has undergone renovations due to earthquake damage. Inside, you can see 13,503 wooden planks supporting the ceiling.

We will proceed to the Plaza de la Concordia, also known as Parque Lago Uribe, previously a site for celebrations and demonstrations, now home to public buildings, restaurants, and shops. Throughout the tour, your guide will discuss the history of the Coffee Triangle and local customs, as well as offer the opportunity to taste local flavors, including coffee.

After 3 hours of touring Pereira, you will be taken back to your hotel.
