Tour Description

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the Hotel Movich to begin this tejo tour of Pereira. We will proceed to a tejo court to discover the rules of competition. The game involves throwing a metal disc at triangles known as 'mechas' to make them explode, relying on skill and aim.

We will provide the necessary guidelines and spend an hour playing several games of this pastime, traditionally practiced by the Muiscas, an ancient civilization that inhabited the Colombian high plateau over 500 years ago.

As part of this experience, we will enjoy a national beer and a typical Colombian meal, choosing between chicharrón or desgranado, which is made with corn kernels and cheese. This will enhance the experience.

We will conclude the activity and say goodbye at the starting point, 2 hours after it begins.
