Description
Located in Perth, the Bell Tower reaches 82.5 metres (270 feet) and is a symbol of the city. This architectural structure houses 12 original bells, resembling those from St Martin-in-the-Fields in London, first made in 1725, with six additional bells, including the ANZAC bell weighing 6,500 kg (14,330 lb), predicted to last over 500 years. The ticket includes access to an exhibition on the history of the bell tower and bell ringing art, as well as a climb to the viewpoint for views of Perth and the River Swan.
Bell Tower Guided Tour
For a more complete experience, you can opt for a package that includes a 30-minute guided tour in English. This option offers access to the exhibitions, the viewpoint, and an experience playing the bells.
Schedule
The Bell Tower is open Tuesday - Sunday from 10 am - 4 pm, with final access at 3:45 pm.Guided visits in English are available on open days.
