Aboriginal stories, the gold rush, and waves of stone! On this tour to Wave Rock and York from Perth, we'll discover two notable attractions of the Australian outback.

Wave Rock & York Tour

At 8 am, we'll meet at the Crown Perth Hotel to begin this tour to Wave Rock and York. We'll drive towards Hyden, where we will see one of the most incredible geographical features of Australia while passing through the hills around Perth into the agricultural area of this region.

Before visiting Wave Rock, we'll stop in York, the oldest township in the Avon Valley. Here, we will explore the streets and learn about its history related to the gold rush and cattle raising, noting its unique buildings.

The tour will continue along the Wheatbelt Way, passing through the farming villages of Corrigin and Kondinin. We will also see the Dog Cemetery, dedicated to man's best friend.

A lunch break will be provided at a restaurant. Afterward, we will head to Wave Rock, where you will witness the stunning wave-like formations that are considered a sacred place for the aborigines.

Before returning to Perth, we will stop at Mulka Cave, where we'll view cave paintings that depict an Aboriginal legend.

The excursion will conclude back at the meeting point at approximately 8:30 pm.
