RoRo Street Art Tour

At the indicated time, we'll meet on the north side of the Phoenix Center for the Arts to begin our graffiti tour of Roosevelt Row, commonly referred to as RoRo.

During the tour, we will view over 30 murals while walking through the vibrant streets of Phoenix's artsy neighbourhood and discovering the city's prominent street art.

As we admire the murals, we will discuss history, politics, and symbolism to explore the artists' intentions, addressing current issues such as the Black Lives Matter movement, immigration, and global warming.

A tour of RoRo includes a stop at Carly's Bistro, a restaurant that has supported notable street artists by allowing them to use part of its space for their work. A highlight of the experience.

After a 2-hour tour, we will conclude our journey and return to the meeting point.
