RoRo Street Art Tour

At the indicated time, we'll meet on the north side of the Phoenix Center for the Arts. Here, we'll begin our graffiti tour of Roosevelt Row, known as RoRo.

During the tour, we will see over 30 murals and stroll through the vibrant streets of Phoenix's artsy neighborhood, discovering some of the city's prominent street art.

As we admire the murals, we will discuss history, politics and symbolism to decode the artists' intentions and how they illustrate current issues such as the Black Lives Matter movement, immigration, and global warming.

A graffiti tour of RoRo includes a visit to Carly's Bistro, which has been a platform for some of the best street artists in the country, thanks to owner Carly providing part of the space for painting their work. This is a highlight!

After a 2-hour tour, we will conclude our experience as we return to the meeting point.
