Hotel Pickup Service

You have the option to include a hotel pickup service for your convenience. If you choose this addition, we will collect you from your hotel in Phuket using a shared minibus.

This pickup is available exclusively in Phuket Town, Patong, Kata, and Karon. The scheduled pickup times are:

Phuket Town: between 10:00 am and 10:15 am or 2:00 pm to 2:15 pm.Patong, Kata, and Karon: between 9:00 am and 9:15 am or 1:00 pm to 1:15 pm.

Luggage Policy

Each guest is allowed one 24-inch suitcase and one carry-on bag.For any extra luggage, an additional fee of 100THB per item will apply.Baby strollers also incur a charge of 100THB each.Bicycles will have a supplementary fee of 200THB per bike, payable at check-in on the day of departure.
