Pinchote Adventure Tour

Experience a day of adventure in Colombia - adventure through the heart of Pinchote, go ziplining and try your hand at abseiling!

Description

This tour begins with a pickup from your hotel, followed by a drive to the village of Pinchote, approximately 40 minutes away. We will proceed into the nature reserve for various activities.

We will ascend nearly 400 metres (1312 feet) to zipline through the Colombian jungle, taking in the natural environment and diverse flora and fauna from above.

Once on solid ground, we will stroll along a path highlighted by colorful flowers, lush vegetation, and waterfalls. We will gear up with helmets and harnesses to cross the hanging bridges safely.

Our adventure continues as we climb higher up the mountain, where participants can practice abseiling down between rocks and water jets.

After our time in nature, we will head to the old town for some exploration of the small town of Santander, known for its narrow streets and traditional buildings. We will start our return to the hotels around noon.

Hotel pickup

Pickup is available from accommodations in San Gil and Barichara. For Barichara guests, pickup will occur about half an hour after departing from San Gil.
