Quero & Traditional Hacienda: 3 Day-Tour

Day 1

You'll be picked up at your hotel and travel to Ambato, where a short tour will introduce you to the city's historical streets and allow you to try the famous ice cream from the cathedral. Next, you will arrive at Hacienda Hipolongo Cruz de Mayo, where you'll settle into your room. After a regional lunch, you'll tour the hacienda to learn about farm animals and product harvesting. Following this, visit Quero Central Park and the Diocesan Sanctuary of Nuestra Señora del Monte. Then, you'll head to Puñachizac to explore the artisan brewery La Quereñita, known for its potato beer. The day concludes with dinner by a campfire at the hacienda.

Day 2

The next morning begins with breakfast, followed by a hike in the hacienda's pine forest, where you may encounter wildlife such as eagles, wolves, rabbits, and wild cattle. After returning for a local lunch, you'll engage in experiential activities that highlight local daily life. The day concludes with dinner.

Day 3

On the final day at Hacienda Hipolongo Cruz de Mayo, you'll enjoy breakfast and have free time to pack your luggage. You'll be dropped off at your hotel around 11 am.
