Istria Food Tour
Discover the gastronomy of the Istrian peninsula with this tour. We'll pick you up at your hotel in Portorož at 9 am to start exploring the Istrian flavors.
The first destination is Hum, recognized as the smallest city in the world. Here, we'll explore the streets in search of biska, a typical brandy made with spices unique to Hum.
Next, we will travel to Motovun, a medieval town with notable monuments, including the bell tower of St. Stephen's Church. We'll walk the cobbled streets and uncover the white truffle, one of Motovun's best-kept secrets.
At a local restaurant, we will learn to prepare a dish featuring typical products, including the truffle and wine, which we will taste afterwards.
Finally, we'll visit Grožnjan, known for its wine and olive industry, as well as numerous art galleries.
We expect to return to Portorož by approximately 5 pm.
