Istria Food Tour
We'll pick you up at your hotel in Portorož at 9 am to begin the Istria Food Tour, exploring the flavors of the Istrian peninsula.
The first stop is Hum, recognized as the smallest city in the world. We will explore its streets and sample biska, a typical brandy unique to Hum.
Next, we travel to Motovun, a notable medieval town known for its stunning monuments, including the bell tower of St. Stephen's Church. Here, we will learn about the region's famous white truffle and visit a local restaurant where we will prepare a dish featuring local products, including truffles and wine.
Our last destination is Grožnjan, a charming village renowned for its wine and olive industry, as well as numerous art galleries.
We expect to return to Portorož at approximately 5 pm.
