This Istria Food Tour begins with a pickup at your hotel in Piran at 9 am. The first destination is Hum, known as the smallest city in the world, where you will explore its streets and discover biska, a typical spiced brandy.
The next stop is Motovun, a medieval town notable for its monuments, including the bell tower of St. Stephen's Church. Here, you will learn about the local specialty, the white truffle, found in its forests.
Afterward, you will visit a local restaurant to learn how to prepare a dish using regional ingredients before heading to Grozhnjan.
In Grozhnjan, you will explore the village while learning about the wine and olive industry. The tour concludes with a return to Piran around 5 pm.
