Lipica & Skocjan Caves Tour

After picking you up from your hotel in Portorož at 9 am, we'll drive to Lipica, located about 40 minutes away, known as the birthplace of the famous Lipizzaner white horses.

Upon arrival in Lipica, we'll visit one of the most important stud farms in the country to learn about these horses, an emblematic symbol of Slovenia. We will discuss their daily care and feeding and observe their living environment.

During the tour of the Lipica stud farm, there will be time to get close to the Lipizzaner horses, visit the Lipikum Museum, and opt to attend a horse show.

After the farm visit, we will proceed to the Skocjan Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known as "the Underground Grand Canyon." Inside this impressive cave system, we will see unique karst formations along the Reka River.

At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back at your hotel in Portorož at 2 pm.
