Postojna Cave & Predjama Castle Day Trip

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Piran at 9 am and hop on a comfy minibus to start our tour. We'll drive past the Slovenian border to reach Postojna, where we'll visit a cave considered the most beautiful in the world.

After an hour, we'll reach the Postojna Cave and venture inside. We'll admire the different rock formations created over the years, including stark white stalagmites that are 5 meters long.

We'll continue exploring the cave on a little train that will take us to areas not accessible on foot. We will see the Murano glass chandeliers, a ballroom, and olms, known as the 'dragon's offspring'.

Our next stop will be Predjama Castle, a unique medieval fortress perched on a cliff. Predjama is also rich in legends and stories, including that of Erasmus of Predjama, the Slovenian Robin Hood.

After this tour, we'll head back to Piran and drop you off at your hotel around 2 pm.
