Pisa Food Tour

At 11:30 am we'll meet in Piazza Garibaldi, next to the Garibaldi statue, where our local guide will be waiting for us. This gastronomic expert will accompany us on a discovery of Pisa's culinary tradition, which has always been synonymous with excellence.

We'll start by strolling through the streets of the historic centre, tasting the most traditional flavours of the local cuisine. We will enjoy a platter of Tuscan cheeses and cold cuts with a glass of wine in one of the oldest wine shops in Pisa. A portion of cecina, a thin focaccia made with chickpea flour, will also be included.

During the tour, we'll discover local restaurants where we will taste typical dishes of Pisa's gastronomy, such as Tuscan soup, mucco pisano, sausage with beans all'uccelletto, and the famous ribollita, prepared with bread and vegetables.

Finally, we'll enjoy some ice cream with refined flavours, made with local and seasonal products. A sweet note to end this food experience!

After 3 hours and 30 minutes, the tour will conclude.
