River Bugging on the River Tummel in Pitlochry

After meeting at your chosen time at the entrance to the Scottish & Southern Power Company in Pitlochry, we will proceed to the banks of the River Tummel. A briefing will be provided on how to use the "bugs", which are a combination of a raft and an inflatable chair for exploring the river.

While on the river bugs, we will begin our descent down the Tummel, guided through the rapids and around the rocks. Experience Scotland's rural landscapes from a new perspective!

The river bugging experience will cover both calm stretches and white water rapids—holding tight is essential! If you fall off, swim downriver until you can climb back on.

After two hours of bugging on the River Tummel, we will return to dry land and you will be taken back to the original meeting point.
