River Bugging on the River Tummel in Pitlochry

After meeting at your chosen time at the entrance to the Scottish & Southern Power Company in Pitlochry, we'll head for the banks of the River Tummel. Here, we'll receive a briefing on how to use the "bugs", a combination between a raft and an inflatable chair that we'll use to explore the river rapids.

Sat on the river bugs, we'll start sailing down the Tummel, guided by our instructor through the rapids and around the rocks. Experience the beauty of Scotland's rural landscapes from this unique perspective.

Our river bugging experience includes both calm stretches and white water falls - hold on tight! If you fall off, swim down the river until you can climb back on.

After two hours bugging on the River Tummel, we'll return to dry land and you will be taken back to the original meeting point.
