Meet your guide at the scheduled time at the entrance to Scottish & Southern Energy in Pitlochry. Gathered on the banks of the River Tummel, our guide will explain basic rafting techniques, and after grabbing our equipment, it will be time to put the theory into practice.

Following the course of the river on our rafts, we will encounter quiet, calm stretches of water to admire the Scottish countryside. However, we will also face lively river rapids, so hold on tight!

We will direct our rafts between rocks and around obstacles, descending a 16-foot (5 metre) waterfall. This will prepare us for the Zig Zag and Shark's Tooth, the steepest rapids on the river.

After two hours of white water rafting, we will return to the original departure point, where our activity will conclude.
