In this advanced scuba diving activity, we'll dive with bull sharks in Playa del Carmen, providing an exceptional experience for seasoned divers.

Advanced Diving with Bull Sharks

We will meet at the dive center at 10 Norte Avenue and 2 Norte Street in Playa del Carmen. Participants will dress in wetsuits and prepare diving equipment.

After preparation, we will walk to the pier and board a speedboat that will take us across the Caribbean Sea to the dive site. An underwater experience with bull sharks awaits us.

From the speedboat, we will enter the water and begin our diving activity with bull sharks. From November to the end of February, female bull sharks give birth in the warm waters of the Mexican Caribbean.

We will enjoy a first dive for 30 minutes at a depth of 24 meters (80 feet) to observe bull sharks. After that, we will return to the boat and proceed to another dive site for a shorter second dive to see a coral reef.

After the dives, we will return to Playa del Carmen. After disembarking, we will go back to the dive center, arriving three hours after departure.

Important to Note

To participate, you must have an international Advanced Open Water Diver certificate or similar, allowing you to dive to a maximum depth of 30 meters (100 feet).
