On this excursion to Vaca Muerta we'll travel to one of the most famous oil fields in Argentina and see the famous vineyards of Neuquén.

Vaca Muerta Tour

We'll pick you up at your hotel at 9 am to start the day with a sightseeing tour of Neuquén, the capital of the province of the same name.

We'll then head to the Vaca Muerta oil field, covering part of the Patagonian plateau in Neuquén and the south of Mendoza. We'll tour this geological formation from which oil and gas are extracted and learn about its operations. This location has generated controversy due to its extraction work.

After the visit to Vaca Muerta, we'll pass through the vineyards of Neuquén, known for their young wineries promoting wine tourism. There, we'll see some of the most famous vineyards in Patagonia and, if you wish, we'll stop at one of them for you to have lunch on your own in their restaurant.

We'll then continue our journey back to Neuquén, ending the tour at your hotel at 4 pm.
