Make the most of your time in Podgorica exploring the beautiful Zeta Plain: discover Lake Skadar, travel back in time in Barutana and indulge in a tasting at a local winery.

Pick up will be at your hotel at 10 am. The tour will begin as you leave Podgorica and head towards the Zeta Plain, which extends from the Montenegrin capital to Lake Skadar.

After a 20-minute drive, you'll reach the Lake Skadar National Park, a biodiverse area with 281 bird species and 50 mammal types. At the Pavlova Strana viewpoint, enjoy views of the fjord-like scenery.

This region is known for producing Montenegro's best wine. Visit the Sofranac Winery to learn about traditional distillation of brandy and liqueurs. You will have the opportunity to taste 6 types of wine, 9 types of liquor, and 6 types of brandy. A traditional Montenegrin lunch, called meza, will accompany your tasting.

Your next stop will be Barutana, where you will see the Monument to the Fallen Soldiers of the First and Second World Wars. Upon returning to Podgorica, you'll have half an hour to explore the historic streets and squares, including Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog, highlighting the city’s Communist past.

Drop off will be at your hotel in Podgorica at 2 pm.
