With this ferry ticket, you'll travel to Ons Island from Combarro, where you'll have all day to explore this paradise located in the Atlantic Islands of Galicia National Park.
Isla Ons Boat Trip
At the indicated time, we'll start the day by meeting at the Port of Combarro, where the ferry will set sail to the island of Ons. You'll spend an entire day exploring its surroundings, full of beaches and hiking routes. The island has been inhabited since prehistoric times, and we will provide information about its history.
We recommend enjoying lunch at a local restaurant to sample the typical gastronomy of the island, such as pulpo (octopus). At the end of the day, you should be at the pier of Ons Island by 7:40 pm to catch the ferry back to Combarro.
Permit to Visit Ons Island
Ons Island is a protected area with a daily visitor limit. To visit, you must register and obtain a permit from the Xunta de Galicia. During the high season (15th May to 30th September and at Easter), you will need to bring your own permit. We will send it to you by email. During the rest of the year, the guide will bring it on the day of the tour. If someone in your group cannot attend, please inform us with at least 15 days' notice so the Xunta de Galicia can remove their name from the list.
