With this ferry ticket, you'll travel to Ons Island from Combarro to explore this location in the Atlantic Islands of Galicia National Park all day.
Isla Ons Boat Trip
We start by meeting at the Port of Combarro, where the ferry departs for Ons Island. You'll spend the day exploring its surroundings, featuring beaches and hiking routes. The island has been inhabited since prehistoric times, and you will learn about its history. We recommend enjoying lunch at a local restaurant to sample the local cuisine, like pulpo (octopus). Return to the pier at Ons Island by 7:40 pm for the ferry back to Combarro.
Permit to Visit Ons Island
Ons Island has a daily visitor limit due to its protected status. You must register to obtain a permit from the Xunta de Galicia. During high season (15th May to 30th September and Easter), you need to present your own permit, which we will email you. Outside of this period, the guide will provide it on tour day. Notify us at least 15 days in advance if a member of your group cannot attend, so their name can be removed by the Xunta de Galicia.
