Polignano a Mare Food Tour
At the indicated time, we'll meet at number 14, Piazza Aldo Moro, to start a tasting of typical products of Polignano a Mare. We will explore the facilities of atypical trattoria in Polignano a Mare, learning about the 0 KM products harvested locally and the importance of sustainability in their production.
After gaining insight into the production process, we'll have a tasting where you can pair the dishes with a choice of Negroamaro, Primitivo, Verdeca, or Rosato wine, or opt for water.
