At the indicated time, we'll meet at number 14, Piazza Aldo Moro, to start a tasting of typical products of Polignano a Mare. We will explore the gastronomy of Apulia.
We'll tour a typical trattoria in Polignano a Mare, where we will learn about 0 KM products harvested locally and the importance of sustainability in their production.
After understanding the production process, it'll be time for a tasting with a choice of Negroamaro, Primitivo, Verdeca, or Rosato wine, or strong>wine. Alternatively, you can opt for water.
