Polignano a Mare Scuba Diving Introduction

Description

At the indicated time, we'll meet at Cala Paura, and then we'll gear up with the diving equipment to start the activity. A brief theoretical class will explain basic safety rules, the use of diving equipment, and underwater communication signs.

Following the theory, we will dive into the waters of Polignano a Mare under the guidance of an instructor, applying what we've learned while experiencing tranquility and weightlessness underwater, observing sea vegetation and wildlife.

We will gradually return to the surface and enjoy a snack of various canapes, juices, and fresh fruit to recover our strength.

After 3 hours of diving, the introduction will conclude and we will return to the starting point to say our goodbyes.
