On this trekking route, we'll see the Sorrento Peninsula, the Gulf of Salerno, and the Tyrrhenian Sea from Mount Faito's summit – an ideal plan for nature and trekking lovers!

Mount Faito Hike

We'll pick you up at your hotel at the indicated time to drive to the Lattari Mountains Regional Park. After about an hour drive, we'll head to Mount Faito. We'll start the activity by traveling by cable car for about 7 minutes until we reach the summit.

From the upper station, we'll start a hiking route of 1 hour that will explore lush beech forests and local fauna. The hike, a total of 5 miles (8 km), will take us to the top of this mountain. Along the route, we'll discover several viewpoints with sights of the Sorrento Peninsula and Mount Vesuvius, set against the sparkling waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea.

After reaching the top of Mount Faito, we'll begin our descent and return you to your hotel after 5 hours of activity.

Meeting Point

When booking, you can choose to be picked up from your hotel in Pompeii or Castellamare di Stabia. Alternatively, you can book the option without hotel pickup and meet directly at the offices of Sesto Continentes in Piazza Unità d'Italia, 21, Pompeii.

Depending on your choice, the schedules will be as follows:
